独立記念日

昨日は米国独立記念日。朝はジムに行って１０kmのランニンング。お昼にスーパーに行って、夕方からは家のベランダで七輪を使ってバーベキュー。葱タン塩から始まり、エビ、ホタテをやいてメチャ美味しかったです！

It was a quite day yesterday for my family. I went for another 10km run in the morning and went to the grocery store before lunch to pick up some food to put on the grill. We barbequed some Beef Tongue, Shrimp, and Scallops and it all turned out pretty good.

これから暑くなりそうなので、今日は髪の毛でも切りに行こうか悩んでます・・・。

Since it seems like it is going to be hot for a while...I am debating whether I should go cut my hair today,..
