NACK5 イベント　in 　越谷

皆さん、ご無沙汰しております。ついついツィッターしてると、ブログの更新をさぼってしまいます・・・。既にご存知だと思いますが、今は日本に居ます。インディジャパンへの資金集めで、連日飛び回っていました。

Hey guys. Sorry for not keeping up to date with my blog. Once you start tweeting...it's so hard to make a time to update your blog because it's all up there already. As you all know,I am back in Japan trying to scramble for last minute funding.

日本は８月なのに、なんだか秋日和ですね。このくらいレースの週末も涼しければ良いけど、逆にメチャ暑だったりして！？！日本には、火曜までの滞在です。それまでに全力で頑張って、色々な細かい事を決めないと。

It's still end of August but pretty cool here in Japan and almost feels like it's autumn. I hope the race week end would be just as cool, but it can turn out to be real hot & humid. I'll be staying here until Tuesday and have to get things nailed down in next few days. Keeping my fingers crossed.

これから越谷にあるNACK5のイベントに行ってきます。久しぶりのイベントだからちょっと緊張するな・・・。ご近所に住んでいる方はぜひ遊びにきてね〜！！

Well, I am off to an radio event in Koshigaya. I am really looking forward to meeting my fans!!

さて、昨日は久しぶりに朝方まで起きてしまいました。その理由は親戚のキックボクサーの石川直生君の試合があったからです。前回の滞在でもトレーナーの方を紹介してくれたり、いろいろと格闘の話を聞いていてかなり過酷だなと刺激を受けただけに、昨日のトーナメントの結果は気になっちゃいました。

Well, last night, I was up until 5am. No, not because I partied but because I was concerned about my relative who was going to fight in a 60kg K-1 style tournament in Japan. Naoki Ishikawa is a All Japan Kick Boxing Super Featherlite Champion and I was chatting with him during my last stay in Japan and was very curious about today's fight.

直君が今回でているのは、Krushライト級GP2009。６０kg級がかなり盛り上がっているみたいで、なんどか試合を見に行かせてもらいましたが、メチャメチャ面白いです。

I actually went to couple of Naoki's fight before and it is really exciting. I guess the 60kg ranks are pretty hot right now in Japan because the Japanese can do pretty well in it obviously because it fits the average weight of a Japanese person.

その直君は、昨日は２試合ありました。両試合とも手強い相手だったようで、１ダウンをもらってからの逆転KO勝利を成し遂げました！結果を聞いた時は自分の事の様に嬉しかったです！

Naoki had to do two fights last night in order to advance in to the final tournament which will be held in October. During the two fights, he ended up getting down on both fights but was able to win in style with two knock outs in the last seconds.

試合内容を従兄弟から聞いてから、エクサイトしたまま寝て、朝起きたらトレーニングに気合いが入りました。身近に頑張っている人がいると、自分も気合いが入ります。モテギまであと１ヶ月、これからが追い込みだ〜！

I had my cousin text me with the latest updates and could not fall a sleep after hearing the news about the two fights! I am really proud and hope he wins the tournament in October. I went back to sleep for 2hrs, and was fully refreshed and pumped to hit the gym! I guess it's my turn now to show some power at Motegi!!

ロスに戻ってすでに１週間。

気がついたらロスに戻って、あっと言う間に１週間が過ぎてしまいました。日本での滞在もあっという間だったな〜。が、色々な人にあえて、良いミーティングが沢山できました。

I can't believe it's already been more than a week since I came back from Japan. The trip was real busy but went well and was able to have numerous meetings that could lead to something beneficial for the future.

今はインディジャパンの準備に向けてラストスパートです。レースはもう１ヶ月チョイだと考えるとクルマに乗るのがワクワクしてきます。する事はまだまだ沢山ありますが、頑張ります！！

Well...it's only about 5weeks away from the Indy Japan race and I really need to pick up the pace on getting things done. I can't wait to hop in the race car and it sounds like we will have a very competitive car there!!
